This course is designed to provide delegates with a general understanding of the requirements of auditing Quality Management Systems (QMS) established to ISO 9001:2008 requirements and how to assess their effectiveness. It prepares the delegates the benefits and pitfalls in auditing such systems. It enables delegates to assess the control over processes. It gives the techniques and skills needed and how to audit such an organisation.
This course includes the combination of lectures and practical exercises designed to provide the delegates with the skills and knowledge required to participate in QMS audits. This is a 2 days with exercises to give the delegates “hands-on “experience.
This course is approved by IRCA and contains a requirement for continuous assessment of the delegates. Successful completion of the course will result in the delegates being awarded a recognised certificate. Subject to ISO 9000 Foundation training to gain registration, this course may enable delegates to gain registration with the IRCA registration scheme subject to qualifications and experience requirements.
